At DASC, a client service supervisor is available to support our employees and clients with their vocational and educational endeavors. This support may include attending Individual Vocational Planning Meetings/Case Conferences, providing individual support during times of transition, creating communication strategies, facilitating employee’s and client’s goals within DASC, and assisting with outside referrals that contribute to vocational skill development. Many of the ongoing educational and vocational development opportunities that are offered at DASC are provided in small groups, ensuring that the employee or client has the best possible experience. At times, individual support is required for a positive outcome and this can be provided through our Client Services Department.
DASC is a vocational centre, but it’s not all work and no play. We organize numerous special events for our employees and clients such as Appreciation Day, an annual BBQ, and celebrations of retirements and years-of-service milestones. The DASC newsletter is another way that we celebrate the success of our employees and clients. It facilitates communication with families, friends and associates.
Client Services provides tours of DASC for interested individuals, potential employees and their families, care providers and staff.
